Called for an emergency lock replacement and the dispatcher took my name, contact info, location, and said she’ll have a local tech reach out in a few minutes. One minute later, Steve called me; who was very professional on the phone and sympathetic to my situation. As we were on the phone, I texted him photos of my lock and he said he had something in stock that would work similarly and it was no problem. I hired him on the spot. He arrived in under 20min and finished the job in about another 20min, with a fair and reasonable price considering an after 10p response call. I’m grateful for first responders like him who answer the call to help his fellow citizens in their time of need. Thank you for all you do. I’d highly recommend this business in a heartbeat!

I am disabled. Someone got a hold of my keys. I called after hours maintenance because I have to take medication. They did not feel that that was an emergency to let me in to my unit. I felt very vulnerable and unsafe. Every place that I called would not come out to where I lived to change my locks. I am on a fixed income and had to use my bill money to pay to get my locks changed. Steve, who I consider Superman came to my home at night to change my locks. I will forever be grateful. Edited: owner called me immediately afterwards and wanted to make sure the service went well. He graciously offered a refund of the extra charge which was very nice of him. I declined since service was great and they were very responsive. Would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.
Very responsive and quick to rekey our door within an hour. Quick and quality work. Only complaint was their pricing was not transparent as they quoted $130 on the phone but then tacked on a service fee of $30 when job was completed. Would prefer they let us know beforehand.
